The Beauty of Everyday Sounds

The Beauty of Everyday Sounds

The Cosmos Smiles In Satisfying Soundscapes

bird bathing, everyday sounds

Crackling of a blade of grass when we walk through the jungle
Wind swishing the leaves
House sparrow chirping on the window sill
Oceanic waves crashing on rocks
Pitter patter of raindrops on weather-tiles
Mountain streams cascading down in the river

Did you hear them? We hardly realise what splendour we are missing due to the cacophony of our daily lives.

Hold on & try to stand aloof from the whirlwind of mad rush of life. Let your mood unwind, senses relax and absorb the luxury of everyday sounds we know but have not noticed.

Lets stitch our broken & tired self with the surprisingly healing quality of these everyday sounds of nature around.

A medley of such sound will stitch ease, calm & solace to your inner being.

Sipping your favourite latte in a summer rain dripping from your mackintosh on a joyride on the countryside road while watching a pair of birds fluttering down raindrops from their tiny wings.

When my eyes refuse to nap, I take a small walk to my balcony to meet midnight moon & night full of cricket sound. Me & the cricket sound make a good company in the late lone hours of night. Sometimes I steal some cozy moments with heavy rain sounds. While the moans coming from the nearby window are stimulating too!

Have you heard the sound of darkness? Or got startled at a nightingale sound?

When a long awaited raindrop perched on a leaf finally drops on the tiny rose plant, it makes a very light sound, perhaps the softest one.

Another one in the list of soft sounds is the sound of a broken heart and crushed soul. Though it sounds the strongest, but most of it gets trapped in the walls of the heart. Is it an everyday sound? Yes. a sad but true story, almost every single moment, a thousand hearts are broken! The silent cries are super loud, darling.

Boggled mind, one of the most familiar sounds. This naughty thing doesn't let me chill. So rain comes as therapy. Recommended nature sounds for sleep in the lap of tiny water droplets.

Yes, I listen to the star that twinkles brightly in the southern sky. When the moon is on leave, I give him company (or perhaps he gives me) I let my hair loose and ask him to come down and sit in them. I open up to him about my job loss, relationship issues and how my life is fading away. He shines brightly in my eyes, pacifying my heart, telling me to outshine my bad charm in the most unique way possible. This rooftop hangout is a complete nocturnal adventure!

Also these sounds,

Cooking sounds
Children laughing at a fun story
Grandkids whispering a joke in your ear
Street flute vendor playing flute no less than an elegant flautist
Sounds like a melody of your old time song
Sound of inner calling

And,

The sound of slowing down to help you experience these everyday sounds beautifully. Let's not be too eager to reach the destination. Ease up. Stop running, walk instead. Take wrong turns, meet the new. Befriend them. Taste new flavours of life, instead of the daily mundane stuff. Let your inner self have its time.
